Amazing episode!  One part confused me a little.  Future Hiro says that he had stabbed and "killed" Sylar, but he had regenerated.  This was the reason he told past-Peter to save the cheerleader.  I had assumed that Claire was dead and that's why Sylar was able to regenerate, but later on in the episode we see Claire alive.  How did Sylar survive the stabbing if he needed Claire's regeneration powers?

WOW what an incredible episode!

ok... serious spoilers here.. you've been warned..

Parkman becomes the lap-dog of the homeland security.  he basically hunts down everyone w/o remorse, w/o reprecussion and even betrays the one who was an ally to him.  what i don't understand is his motive for this.  if he "didn't have a choice and had to pick a side", why that side?  why hunt down people w/ powers?  why not hide and use his MIND READING POWERS to hide from people?  and how are people going to find out he has such powers if he doesn't reveal them?  personally i would have taken up poker and win a ton of money and "hide".

Future Hiro - is obssessed w/ not letting the explosion happen.  its because Ando dies in it and he feels responsible for it.   he no longer becomes the naive Hiro we all love to see.  using issac's old room, he's mapped out timelines of critical people and important events in their lives, hoping to pinpoint the critical moment of the explosion.

Present Hiro - captured for terriorist activities (courtesy of Future Hiro) and about to be executed, but saved at the last moment and sent back to the present time in order to save the bomb from exploding.

Sylar - dead.  he was the cause of the explosion.

Nathan - president and works on a "cure" for the super-genomes.  but why?  and a cure cannot be found so he chooses "option B" which is to eradicate them.  why?

Peter - still has all the powers he absorbed, living w/ Nikki.

there is a huge surprise towards the end of the show which i won't reveal.  it's very nice and unexpected.  threw me off and was a nice surprise too.

I think the easiest way to get around the whole time travell paradox issue is to follow one person "through time".  Things may change before and after, but from that person's perspective it's one timeline.  In this case we're following past-Hiro around.  Going back to my question, does that mean that future-Hiro stabbed Sylar in some other timeline?  He couldn't have done it in this one since Sylar didn't have Claire's powers.

That was the best moment in that episode.  Right when "Nathan" started talking to Claire about "not needing any more powers".  Something sounded off, and *bam* he starts to cut open her head.

i think we can assume that sylar got the illusion powers and used them to switch himself with nathan and nathan was the one that future hiro stabbed, thinking he was sylar. (at this point sylar still does not have clair's powers)

the girl helping bennet is a different girl, the one that can control the internetz that first approached nuclear man a few episodes back.

technically it was Future_Peter that gave that info to Ando.

Current_Hiro does not know about Ando's death due to the bomb.

No one knows that it was actually Peter that blew up (and survived), not Sylar.

The comic strip of Hiro stabbing does look like Nathan, not Sylar.

Ando will accompany Hiro, knowing fully well that he has a chance to die.

Cliffhanger at the last episode of this season will SUCK HUGE DONKEY B@LLS..

Before future Hiro dies, he hands Ando a piece of paper that looks like one of Isaac's comics.  That's what I'm referring to.  What was on that paper.  It's not the same one that Hiro opens up at the end of the episode.  I think it shows an illustration about how Ando dies.  Since during the episode, Peter discusses with Ando about how Hiro perpetually broods over Ando's death I think it was Hiro's last attempt at trying to save Ando from dying again.

i'm thinking its something about what ando must do to help stop the bomb. maybe current hiro doesn't have the guts to stab sylar and ando has to convince him in some way. i hope its not just a note about how he's going to die and to put on a bullet proof vest before the libyans do a drive by.

sylar has freezing powers from way in the beginning, where we first meet parkman who ends up at the crime scene in one of sylars murders and finds the little girl with his powers. all the bodies and stuff were frozen to the walls and crap.

the fire powers looked more like the nuke guys powers

but peter specifically said "fire" to activate the power (a la "flame on" from fantastic 4, haha), not something like "radiation" or "nuke", haha.  perhaps i am crapping, but who knows.
