hiro's dad doesnt have any powers which is given by his little speech of saying how he's been waiting for the family to have someone to ascend, and he never thought it would be hiro.
yeah the whole beginning was kinda lame.. omg someone set me up the bomb, kill me, nope jk kek
i didnt think linderman would die.. wasnt he still part of the future? i recall him not particularly, but his name was mentioned in like a news cast or somethin... but man that was a pretty cool "fatality" moment. straight from mortal kombat imo. Lets not forget to mention that DL got up from the floor and behind linderman in a heartbeat, which i also thought was pretty weird.
and.. why didnt peter just turn ted invis with him? i mean, that would screw up the entire story and all, but still.. kinda lame =/
WILL ANDO DIE OR NOT?! dang. maybe it takes ando putting himself in danger for hiro's powers to come out.

remember, the "company" takes these ppl not for the good of humanity but for the goal of a person/organization. when the invisible man saw this, he turned and left them. i don't think this was losing his way. also, Mr. Bennet is no longer working for the company. He too has realized the error of his ways.

mr. bennet and company man are normal (or so we're lead to believe). so its entirely possible that hiro's dad is powerless as well. he may have been referring to those who they have collectively tried to help. like invisible man, he worked for the company as well, but lost his way and is now roaming around.
