I just watched some xbox 360 premiums get sold for 38ish% off, heh. Basically, X amount of product is placed up for grabs, users choose a % they think the product will drop to before it is sold out. once it start, the price starts to drop and people can buy it at whatever price they click buy on. when X amount is sold out the "game" stops. The person who guessed the closest percentage of drop gets to spin some wheel. people who bought the item get their item.
It's a pretty interesting take on something simpler like woot.com
