I feel sorry for that reporter for having to deal such a little cocky kid. Now, I'm not a violent person but I would clock that kid so hard if I ever saw him. And with him reacting the way he did when she pronounced his last name wrong, I correct people when my last name isn't porounced right..hell half the time I don't care but geez... I don't wanna know what his parents are like.

if i recall...most of the past winners of these spelling bees were home schooled...so they probably have no social skills whatsoever.  i just remember that girl that smelled her fingers after saying every letter.

hahah omg...he's not an ass hes just a social retard...best example so far to not home school your kid...or if you do for effs sake take him out once in a while to breathe.  good job mom for raising the next big serial killer.

one of my co-worker's kids are both being home-schooled at the moment.  they also go to boys/cubs scout, church fuctions, etc, and have tons of social interaction with other kids and adults.  they are two of the most well adjusted, well-behaved, intelligent 10 and 13 year olds i have ever met.
