it's not as dangerous as it looks.  since homes in japan do not have pools, everyone goes to a local rec center to go swimming.  a lot of pools have wave makers so they just chill and float.  the water is super filtered rather quickly so even if someone peed in the pool, the wave maker's filter skims a lot of the waste off.
They call me Hadouken, cuz I'm down+right+fierce
