What bug? These were undocumented buffs to druids. Oh.
Anyway, lol, it turned out that if you swapped two bags between the bank and the bag bar, the stat differences on all the gear in the bag... would be added to your character. Drag an empty bag to a bag full of gear. Rinse, repeat. Now, this summation didn't actually include +spdmg or +healing. So I specced into balance for +25% int as healing/spelldamage, feral for 100% agi as healing, and wore spellfire for 7% int as damage. I also purchased +spellhaste gear from the badge vendor to stack spell haste as well.
I ended up with 108mil HP, 90mil. MP, 2mil spelldamage, 4.5mil +heal, and enough spellhaste that healing touch and starfire were practically instant-casts.
I also had 5.5 million AP and was critting mobs for 1.8 million with my staff. As as resist cap to all schools of magic (apart from holy) and enough dodge/defense that I was immune to mostly anyone who wasn't behind me (see screenshots).
Though I didn't use lifebloom because it was a waste of a global cooldown compared to "instant" Healing Touch, my 3-stack was ticking for roughly 750k/second.
I only wish that I had some melee haste rating so I could tear people up the way that warrior did (the one I'm dodging 100 times per second).
