so i turn on the fps counter and notice the title screen and certain cut scenes run at like 500fps. i added the command lines to the variables.txt file to cap the framerates and my cards don't sounds like vacuum cleaners anymore. 100% load plus dust bunnies plus poor air circulation probably resulted in a few cards frying. worse thing is its happening when theres nothing going on so you don't suspect it. maybe good idea to add those couple of lines. figure no reason to tax the hardware anymore than u need to.
